Founder | Board certified Nurse PractitionerSidonie Salmon is a board-certified nurse practitioner licensed in Delaware, Pennsylvania and Maryland, with over a decade of clinical experience. With 7 years dedicated to primary care, pain management, and health coaching, she leads EnFuse Health & Wellness — a multi-state telemedicine practice she established to bring compassionate, evidence-based, and patient-centered care to a broader community. Sidonie began her healthcare journey as a registered nurse, gaining valuable experience in critical care, medical-surgical, and trauma settings. She is a proud alumna of Drexel University’s Accelerated Career Entry (ACE) program and launched her nursing career at an LTACH facility, followed by roles at Baltimore’s Sinai Hospital and Christiana Hospital in Delaware. She later earned her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from the University of Delaware, expanding her scope of practice and going on to serve in diverse roles across family medicine, inpatient hospitals, weight management, and pain management. As a nurse practitioner, Sidonie conducts comprehensive health assessments, diagnoses and treats both acute and chronic conditions, manages medications, and crafts individualized care plans. She emphasizes preventive care, patient education, and lifestyle counseling — empowering each patient to take charge of their wellness journey. Born in Jamaica, Sidonie has always believed that health is wealth, and she strives to bring that philosophy into every patient interaction. She is deeply passionate about healthcare equity and advocates for timely, high-quality care for all, regardless of background or circumstance. Outside of her clinical work, Sidonie is an avid traveler who loves exploring new cultures and experiences. She currently resides in Delaware with her loyal German Shepherd, Bella, and enjoys the freedom and balance that come with serving others through virtual care.
